What gets deleted
When you delete your Twig account we permanently remove:
- your account (email, sign-in identity),
- every course you created and all their sessions,
- your progress, seals, streaks and reading history,
- your ratings and feedback,
- your subscription record on our side (your App Store or Google Play subscription is managed by Apple/Google — cancel it there; deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription).
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account after it is deleted.
How to delete
In the app: Profile → Delete account → confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Without the app: email contact@petals.studio from the address you signed in with, subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.
Data we keep
Nothing tied to you. Aggregate, anonymised usage statistics may remain. Records we are legally required to keep (for example payment receipts held by Apple or Google) are kept by those stores under their own policies.
