1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Petals World Pte Ltd ("Petals World," "Twig," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Twig mobile application (the "App") and this website (the "Site"), together the "Service."
Twig is built to help you learn — we collect the minimum amount of information needed to run the App well, and we do not sell your personal information.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in to Twig (for example, with Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In), we receive your name, email address, and profile photo, as permitted by you and the sign-in provider. Twig never posts anything on your behalf.
Learning activity
We collect information about how you use the App so it can function — the courses and sessions you view or complete, sessions you bookmark or seal, your streak and progress, and your subscription status.
Device & diagnostic information
We automatically collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, and crash or performance diagnostics, so we can keep the App stable and improve it.
Purchase information
If you subscribe to Twig Unlimited, your purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of your subscription status (e.g., active, expired, renewal date) but never your full payment card details, which are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
Information from this website
This marketing website does not require an account. We do not run advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies here — see Cookies on this website.
3. How we use information

4. Sign-in & third-party services
Twig relies on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:
- Sign in with Apple / Google Sign-In — used to authenticate your account. Governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.
- Apple App Store / Google Play Billing — used to process Twig Unlimited subscription payments. Governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.
- Crash reporting & analytics providers — used to understand app stability and usage at an aggregate level.
These providers act as independent controllers or processors for the data they handle, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
7. Data retention
We retain account and learning-activity data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Your rights & choices.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
